Client Health & Safety Guidelines

The safety of YOU!! Our client, our staff, their families, and the greater community is of the utmost importance to us. The last thing we want to do is open and then CLOSE again because we did not take the necessary steps. For this reason, we are going to be EXTRA diligent and OVER cautious in how we conduct ourselves during “relaxing of restrictions” and we need you to play a role.

 

Please read carefully and adhere to the following:

*You will need to fill out the COVID Safe Client form before you enjoy your treatment. The link to this will be sent as a text message 2-3 days before your appointment is due to take place

*Only the client can be present for the appointment. Please do not bring your children, a friend or partner to Your Very Best on your treatment day as per STATE requirements.


*Please sanitize your hands immediately when you walk into the Salon (even if you have just done it)

*Clients must have their temp taken upon arrival. Your Very Best will politely decline to service anyone who’s temp is higher than 37.8 degrees and will reschedule for another time.

*The products and items in the Salon now have to be NO TOUCH items as per STATE regulations. Please ask for assistance if you need to purchase your favourite products

*Please observe all the stand zones so we can maintain a happy and safe distance from each other in the communal areas

*We are allowing 20minutes between every client to do what is known as a triple clean of surfaces equipment and touch points. The triple cleanse includes a HOT soap and water clean, a sanitization (with alcohol) and sterilization of equipment and items when necessary

*Please come to your appointment as close to ON TIME as you can be- avoid being too early and be aware if you are late the FULL cost of the appointment will be charged even if the FULL service cannot be completed

*Your Very Best will be charging a $5 Covid Cleaning fee per person per visit ( NOT per service). T
his is to cover the extra costs incurred. We decided on a surcharge rather than a price increase for a few reasons, we are hoping/intending for this to be a temporary measure during this health crisis. It is not because we are doing "extra" cleaning or using extra PPE- we have always gone above the expected guidelines in our hygiene. What it does cover is the increased costs of the cleaning supplies and protective equipment- in most cases the costs have more than quadrupled. Suppliers tell us that this is a temporary increase due to supply issues and will start to go back down once demand eases and supply increases and then we can let the surcharge go and we all go on our merry ways.  

*When in the treatment room please pay attention to where your therapist asks you to put your belongings and any special instructions she might have that are a little different to what you are used to.

*THEN: Relax and enjoy your treatment! We are confident we can deliver you the same fabulous service you have always enjoyed in a healthy! Safe! Protected fashion

*Please observe social distancing at the front desk. *Refrain from touching any items and pay with CARD whenever possible. If you are paying cash, no change will be given- any change will be credited to your account to use on future visits. 

*Lastly: We are relaxing our LATE cancellation fees to 4 hours’ notice (as opposed to the usual 24 hours). If you are unwell, feel unwell or wake up feeling ill please let us know as soon as you can. However, if you give us less than 4 hours’ notice we will enforce the $30 per hour booking FEE- no exceptions.

 

Our online store will continue to be available to existing clients. However, we will no longer be offering free delivery. you may pick up in store or pay a flat rate for postage. 

As our skin care brands are all advanced ingredient based products, you will only be able to use the Your Very Best store if you have have a skin treatment or skin consult with us in the past.  If you are NEW to skin care at Your Very Best, we can also assist you with a virtual skin analysis via video call or message us to make an appointment.

Floating

Can be done before or after a massage to continue the healing benefits. The absorption of the Epsom salts helps relax your muscles. 

 

Any float sessions done with a massage are half price. you will pay normal price for your massage and only 50% of whichever float length you choose. Our most popular combination is a 1 hour relaxation massage and a 1 hour float. This would be $109.50 ($80 for the massage and $29.50 for the float) 

All IPL treatments require EVERY client to have a consultation to ascertain suitability, skin type, skin conditions and a basic medical background check.
