Solarium & Spray Tanning
Let's face it a nice golden tan makes us look and feel really good. Whether it is achieved naturally or artificially doesn't matter, the effect is still the same- a healthy look.
Solarium Tanning has gotten some bad press as of late. We won't ever say that it is safer than exposure to the sun but by the same regards it is also not any more dangerous. The danger is in over-exposure (for both). What a solarium does is mimic the UV exposure of natural sunlight-it does this in a controlled and convenient environment. UV light is a requirement of your body, helping it produce vitamin D. Other benefits of UV Light are that it Elevates Mood, Assists weight loss, Reduces cholesterol, Lowers blood pressure, Increases the efficiency of the heart.
Your Very Best has a ten minute, lie down solarium. You MUST be over 18 years old to use the solarium- under 18 will not be allowed to use the solarium (try a spray tan instead!). You will need to read and sign a consent waiver. We do not allow double sessions. You may only have one session in a 48 hour period.

Spray Tanning is the safest way to have a great looking tan. we have tested and trialed many brands to find what we beieve is the best product,Botanical Extracts Tanning (BE Tanned), producing a great natural looking tan (no orange tinting) that lasts up to 10 days. We also use Mancine for their extra Dark formulations.
We recomend that the day prior to your tanning, you completely and thoroughly exfoliate you body. on the day of your spray tan, do not apply any lotions or creams- these will affect the absorbtion of the tanning solution. After you have had the spray tan, you need to let the solution absorb into your skin for at least 8 hours before showering. when you do shower, the coverage dye will rinse off leaving you with a great tan. In order to maintain your tan for the longest time period, we recomend that you avoid exfoliating or excessive scrubbing of your skin and for you to apply body lotion daily.
We carry a complete range of Mancine body products- salt scrubs for silky exfoliation, Hand and body lotions to keep you moisturized,as well as a fake tan in both aerosol or lotion to "top up" you r tan on your own.
